Relic Estate Sales and Downsizing

Antique hand crank wood and cast iron corn sheller. Used in a family owned farm. Preserved nicely and located in an indoor storage. Measures 23x15x30. This item is in the basement. It is very heavy. Will need a few helpers to move safely. Must use to stairs to remove from the house. May need to disassemble a bit before it is moved.

If moving large furniture come prepared with extra persons for moving help and handcart/tools. All items are sold as is/ untested, unless otherwise stated. All items are spread throughout a ranch house with a basement. May need to access stairs to remove items and many large items. If you fail to do any of this and arrive at pick up then you may be asked to leave without a refund. Buyer is responsible for bringing packing paper and boxes.
