If moving large furniture come prepared with extra persons for moving help and handcart/tools. All items are sold as is/ untested, unless otherwise stated. All items are spread throughout a ranch house with a basement. May need to access stairs to remove items and many large items. If you fail to do any of this and arrive at pick up then you may be asked to leave without a refund. Buyer is responsible for bringing packing paper and boxes.
