Lot #TBC 45 - 1991 Topps Stadium Club Charter Member Base set contains 50 cards, with the words "Charter Member" printed in gold foil lettering. This 50-card multi-sport set was sent to "Charter Members" in the Topps Stadium Club. 32 of the 50 cards in the set are of baseball players, with the remaining 18 cards evenly divided among football and hockey. In addition to the 50-card set, Charter Member sets also included a baseball card-sized Nolan Ryan bronze ingot, a key chain, and a personalized membership card.

**The owner of these items is a lifetime collector. A former Bat Boy for the Texas Rangers in 1975 who had access to most of the baseball greats during Spring training events. He even lockered next to Fergie Jenkins (A Ranger at the time).  Having access to these players, he carried baseballs, bats, and cards with him, he always had something to sign.  During the 80s & 90s he went to numerous card signing events and paid to have items signed, hundreds over the years.  He remembers almost every signature!  This is just a fraction of his massive collection he is allowing us to auction as he begins to downsize.
