This is a vintage Jack-in-the-Box toy made by Mattel Creations in Culver City, California. It features a clown figure named 'Jolly-Tune' that pops out when the music plays, which is arranged by Ted Duncan. The toy is colorful with illustrations on all sides and operated by turning a crank on the side. It is a classic mechanical toy designed for children's entertainment. Please note it does not play the tune and clown doesn’t “pop” on its own.
