Description:

Lot # 62 - Thai Buddha From Rattanakosin Period Gilded Bronze ~Appears Very Old 8" Tall x 5"W.  Heavy weight with damage to corners and the gilding.  Patina seen underneath.  Owners of such statues would place prayer scrolls inside and seal with a hardened substance as seen in this one.  This item shows a lot of wear from age, see photos for details on condition.
