Buyer's Premium is 15% (10 percent if cash paid at pick-up)
Pick-up day is Monday December 15th from 1:00 pm-6:00 pm. Other pick up days and times can be arranged if needed. We are happy to help arrange for shipping or an item can be shipped USPS. The bidder is responsible for shipping and handling costs. Bidders card will be charged at time of shipping.
If you win a large/heavy item you must ensure that you bring adequate assistance and vehicle size to retrieve your item. We are unable to assist you. Bring boxes and packing materials.
If you abandon your lot, your card will be charged. We will retain the item for 7 more day after which it will be donated or disposed. Failure to pick up furniture items will incur a $100 removal fee.
